Payment methods
When the order is placed, the total amount is just authorised on your card or account.
Your card/account will only be billed once the order has actually shipped. If your products are shipped in separate parcels, you will be charged a partial amount on each shipment date. With some banks and card issuers, the authorisation transaction may continue to be visible also after the order has been fully charged.
We assure you that this does not mean you paid for your order twice: our security systems and online payment gateways do not allow a double charge for a single order.
However, if you continue to see the autorisation after one billing cycle, we suggest you contact your bank and ask for your account statement to be updated. If you need further assistance, our Customer Care is in any case at your disposal.

To save your favourite products you need to be a Registered User. 1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in 2. On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer 3. click Add to Favourites

Purchasing on our site is quick and easy:
- Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
- On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer
- Click on Add to Cart
- A summary window will open, click on View cart and proceed to purchase
- Enter your delivery address and payment details

Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order.
If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.
In any case, you can request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You can find more information in Returns and Refunds and in Terms and Conditions.

You can contact us quickly and easily through our Live Chat or by using our (free) telephone number or by sending us an email. Any costs relating to other forms of contact are not reimbursable.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details.
Contact the courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.
If you do not receive this email and the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
