No, you don’t have to register on our website to shop. However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits:

  • get updates on your order and check past purchases
  • save your shipping preferences
  • request returns online and check refunds
  • receive exclusive updates from the Pennyblack world

To save your favourite products you need to be a Registered User. 1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in 2. On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer 3. click Add to Favourites

You can find your size by consulting the Size Guide on the product pages or by using our Personal Stylist service.

Purchasing on our site is quick and easy:

  1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
  2. On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer
  3. Click on Add to Cart
  4. A summary window will open, click on View cart and proceed to purchase
  5. Enter your delivery address and payment details

Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order.

If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.

In any case, you can request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You can find more information in Returns and Refunds and in Terms and Conditions.

You can contact us quickly and easily through our Live Chat or by using our (free) telephone number or by sending us an email. Any costs relating to other forms of contact are not reimbursable.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details.

Contact the courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.

If you do not receive this email and the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The shipping confirmation email gives the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly in the My orders section.

We cannot deliver to post office boxes and poste restante.

We also cannot ship to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French overseas departments, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Island, San Marino, Vatican City State.

Delivery usually takes place within 4-6 working days and shipping costs is £20 for orders worth less than £120. Shipping is free for all orders worth more than £120.

Please note that orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and on national holidays. Make sure you enter an address where there is someone to accept the parcel at delivery. If you choose to ship to a work address, please make sure you specify the name on the doorbell or the company information in C/O field. We'll send you the Tracking Number for your parcel so you may follow the progress in real time. If you're registered, you can find the tracking details also in the "My Orders" section.
